Current Positions Open:

Sales Engineer - E & O Tool & Plastics Inc. needs a technical sales person. Successful applicants will have a minimum of 5 years experience in the injection molding industry; 3 years need to be in a direct selling position. A strong drive to generate new business and build long-term relationships will be critical.

 

This position will develop a new customer base, identifying potential customers that have a good fit with E & O's capabilities. The Sales Engineer will have a strong technical presence and cultivate relationships with key personnel within the customer’s organization.

 

In addition they will need to provide management with competitive feedback, updates, and market trend information.

 

  • Education/Experience: Minimum of 2 years post high school education, with 5 years Injection Molding Industry experience.

Lead Mold Tech – looking for experienced Lead Mold Tech to work our 12-hour, rotating, night shift.  Responsible for hanging and setting up tools in preparation for production run, as well as starting up production jobs.  Monitor and give direction to Setup Techs and Setup Trainees, backing up Shift Supervisor, as required.

 

  • Education/Experience:   Two years experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.  Must be willing to seek additional training, and complete DC Wilson training, and pass “A” Setup test.

 

  • Essential Responsibilities:  Hang and set up tools in preparation for production run / tear down following production run.  Additional responsibilities include ability to give direction to Techs and Trainees.

 

  • Communications/Computer Skills: Ability to read/write and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos.
