Injection Molding Profile

 

Started in 1986, E & O Tool & Plastics, Inc. has developed into a full-service injection molding company, utilizing 41 presses, ranging in size from 38 to 500 tons. The Minnesota Corporation has plastic molding operations in Elk River Minnesota and Monterrey Mexico, with in house mold building in Elk River .

 

Our Elk River, Minnesota facility uses 31 injection presses from 50 ton to 500 ton; our Monterrey Mexico facility uses 10 injection presses ranging from 90 to 390 tons. Both operations are ISO 9001-2008 registered through the Orion Registrar and both offer value added assembly.

 

Our full, in house, mold building capabilities are complemented by partnerships with Asian tooling sources. Our contract manufacturing program combines our molding and tooling capabilities with fulfillment and assembly operations in order to provide turn-key solutions.

 

We service a wide variety of industries, including appliance, home construction, automotive, agriculture, electronics, computer, and healthcare. We specialize in insert and over molding of thermoplastic resins including elastomeric resins. Utilizing a transportable clean room and specialized conveyor systems E & O has committed it self to serve the Health and Medical markets.
